He builds production AI systems using Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic's Claude models, including multi-agent orchestration, a document intelligence platform, and real-time AI translation systems. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering focused on Explainable AI research, and holds five AWS certifications, including AWS Certified AI Practitioner, along with a FinOps Certified Practitioner certification and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Shaheed Gqokoma is the Founder of Creative OS, working at the intersection of design, AI, technology and business transformation.

With more than a decade of experience across brand design, digital experiences, creative direction and product development, he builds practical solutions that help businesses modernise, communicate better and operate more intelligently.
